The Fibonacci number sequence since 1932 is nearing an end.  The numerical ratio is found throughout the natural world as a fundamental structural relationship in bee hives, leaves, snowflakes, etc.  The sequence also correlates with major economic downturns such as 1987, 2000, 2008, 2013 (false), and 2016.  2018-2020 constitute the last three consecutive years before the series repeats.  2018 and 2019 could, therefore, mark brief but significant corrections leading to a severe depression in 2019 or 2020.
A 17th-century engraving depicting the Amsterdam Stock Exchange (Amsterdam's old bourse, a.k.a. Beurs van Hendrick de Keyser in Dutch), built by Hendrick de Keyser (c. 1612). The Amsterdam Stock Exchange was the world's first official (formal) stock exchange when it began trading the VOC's freely transferable securities, including bonds and shares of stock.[29]

What’s particularly great about these blogs is how simple they make everything. Often people are afraid to invest because they may not understand the jargon or believe investing involves complicated mathematical equations that are beyond their scope of comprehension. However, these blogs are written in ways that anyone can understand because their sole purpose is to demystify investing.
I've posted a Guest Blog Entry at the Barbara Friedberg Personal Finance blog titled Predicting Stock Returns for Fun and Profit. Juicy Excerpt: My guess is that most people don’t bother trying to make long-term predictions because they assume it would take a lot of work to pull them off. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Every factor that affects the price of a broad stock index is reflected in the price of that index. So you don’t need to worry about inflation or productivity…
"Sornette's book is not just about finance and economics; it is also a mesmerizing introduction to game theory, fractals, catastrophe theory, critical phenomena, and much more. No prior knowledge of finance or economics is needed to understand the book. . . . Throughout the book, Sornette makes numerous, vivid comparisons with many other fields in which the various mathematical tools he describes can be applied."---Frank Cuypers, , Physics Today

I believe it would be a very good time to start discussing near future in Europe and middle East as the situation is boiling over. Can anybody please share their predictions on refugee crisis, how will it develop and leave impact across the Europe? How will the Russia’s war with ISIL end? What will be the impact on America and China? I think we should start sharing more here and with people around us so to spread the awareness as what we see unraveling before our eyes will not end well. I have had some strong predictions of my relatives deaths and other events in the past, and since the massive influx of Syrian refugees started over a month ago, I have had the strongest “gut feeling” (that is present physically) and even lost a lot of weight. Please, if anyone can see clearer in to this, share your visions! Thank You!

Perhaps the best way to hedge your portfolio against a crash, is to make sure you always have a healthy portion of it allocated to cash. The amount you allocate to cash really depends on how much volatility you are happy to tolerate. More cash means you stand to lose less, but you will probably lose out on returns in the long run. A lower cash balance will probably lead to higher overall returns, but will also mean higher volatility.
After a one-day recovery on October 30, where the Dow regained an additional 28.40 points, or 12 percent, to close at 258.47, the market continued to fall, arriving at an interim bottom on November 13, 1929, with the Dow closing at 198.60. The market then recovered for several months, starting on November 14, with the Dow gaining 18.59 points to close at 217.28, and reaching a secondary closing peak (i.e., bear market rally) of 294.07 on April 17, 1930. The following year, the Dow embarked on another, much longer, steady slide from April 1931 to July 8, 1932, when it closed at 41.22—its lowest level of the 20th century, concluding an 89 percent loss rate for all of the market's stocks.
In 2019, I think the U.S. will do better than the much of the world (Europe may have worse problems). As for Russia, watch out for a mother bear that has lost its cubs-- as Russia has lost its former satellite countries. Russia has turned into an angry bear under Putin. This is because Putin is the Antichrist, the Satanic imitation of Christ, who rises to power during a period of world chaos described in the Bible's Book of Revelation. Note that Putin is likely to use natural gas and oil exports from Russia as a means to manipulate former Soviet Union countries and Western Europe.
Suddenly his phone rang, but after a glance, he hit mute. Nepal’s Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki was calling for advice. With Nepal on the precipice of becoming a major hydroelectric energy powerhouse, this hasn’t been an unusual occurrence; Vashistha predicted that any conversation with Karki would be a long one (he would know) and decided to focus on my own financial destiny instead.
The swoon set tongues to wagging, about its cause and likely effect. There can be no knowing about the former. Markets may have worried that rising wages would crimp profits or trigger a faster pace of growth-squelching interest-rate increases, but a butterfly flapping its wings in Indonesia might just as well be to blame. There is little more certainty regarding the latter. Commentators have been quick to pull out the cliches: that “the stock market is not the economy”, and that “stocks have predicted nine out of the past five recessions”. These points have merit. A big move in stock prices can signify some change in economic fundamentals, but it can just as easily signify nothing at all. For those not invested in the market, or whose investments consist mostly of retirement savings plunked into index funds, Monday’s crash matters about as much as Sunday’s Super Bowl result.

Another way to find solid books about investing is to look for unbiased information. That's exactly what Johnson tells some of her wealth management clients to do when they are learning about investing in the marketplace. When asked about one of her recommendations for a book about personal finance and investing, she immediately mentioned a book written by a financial journalist because of the author's ability to just state the facts.

In 2007, Tesco was placed under investigation by the UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) for acting as part of a cartel of five supermarkets (Safeway, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Sainsburys) and a number of dairy companies to fix the price of milk, butter and cheese. In December 2007, Asda, Sainsburys and the former Safeway admitted that they acted covertly against the interests of consumers while publicly claiming that they were supporting 5,000 farmers recovering from the foot-and-mouth crisis. They were fined a total of £116 million.[143]
On Sunday, dogecoin, a meme-inspired cryptocurrency that was introduced as a joke in 2013, saw its market value increase to $2 billion just days after hitting $1 billion. Meanwhile, dentacoin, a dental care-focused digital currency that dubs itself "the blockchain solution for the global dental industry," briefly surpassed $2 billion in market capitalization on Sunday, according to Coinmarketcap data.
(7) Diseases. Disease epidemics could be a worsening problem in 2018 - 2019, including Bird Flu or H3N2 Flu Influenza, and SARS could return -- I think these are diseases that could cause great problems over the next 5 years. And antibiotic resistant bacteria infections. Watch out for worsening worldwide disease epidemics in 2018-2019, including Ebola and Flu and Zika Virus. And this disease epidemic could be Ebola, or swine flu, or Flu strain H3N2 Fujian, which is a severe strain that began as an outbreak in 2003, or it could more likely be bird flu type H5N1 causing a severe epidemic in birds - chickens, ducks, etc.- but that can spread to humans. H3N2 Fujian began in Fujian Province in China, (associating it with the Red Dragon, Red China, in Revelation 12), and bird flu began in Korea in Dec. 2003, but previously there was a 1997 outbreak in Hong Kong, associating it with the dragon. The concern is that bird flu is very deadly to people, and if it mutates to spread from person to person then it could cause a deadly worldwide pandemic in 2018 - 2019. And swine flu began speading worldwide from Mexico in April 2009, see the calendar page and Flu page on it. See the King James Bible Code matrices on diseases, including the possibility of an airborne Ebola outbreak, and a deadly Swine Flu mutation.
Tesco has expanded its operations outside the UK to 11 other countries in the world. The company pulled out of the USA in 2013, but as of 2018 continues to see growth elsewhere. Tesco's international expansion strategy has responded to the need to be sensitive to local expectations in other countries by entering into joint ventures with local partners, such Charoen Pokphand in Thailand to form Tesco Lotus, and by appointing a very high proportion of local personnel to management positions. It also makes small acquisitions as part of its strategy: for example, in its 2005/2006 financial year it made acquisitions in South Korea, one in Dubai, UAE; one in Poland and one in Japan.[96] On 7 September 2015, Tesco sold its South Korean business, Homeplus, to MBK Partners and partnered with a Canadian pension fund and Temasek Holdings for the deal.[97]
China and Indonesia hit again (CORRECT: 6/10? This post and video were made on 18th Sept 2018. Ten days later on the 28th September, there is a Tsunami in Indonesia. This post, however, says ‘Typhoons’ and relates to 2019 but it is interesting that I spoke about an environmental disaster in Indonesia.  CNN Report here.)  but this time hurricanes move north and hit Japan too. In 2019 Japan will see extensive flooding.

Recessions occur when a little slowdown in spending in an economy feeds on itself. Businesses get a little more cautious in their hiring, so vulnerable workers do a little more precautionary saving, so businesses become more cautious still, and so on. There is nothing structurally broken about the economy when this happens; factories work like they did before and workers have the same skillsets. But because everyone worries and saves a little more, and invests and spends a little less, the economy gets stuck in a downturn. Recessions are an outbreak of collective madness.
I recently started a discussion-board thread at the Early Retirement Extreme site titled Is Buy-and-Hold Just a Marketing Pitch? Juicy Excerpt #1: I think this may be the warmest reception I have heard to my criticism of Buy-and-Hold at any place on the internet. Usually, I duck immediately after pushing the "Send" button to avoid the bricks being thrown at me. Here, I almost feel that in fairness I should jump in and defend the Buy-and-Hold position! Juicy Excerpt #2: I don't think "Buy…

The "T" in my name was at the "t" in "stranger". You will see on this site that I am one of the millions of American Christian supporters of Israel. And also, concerning this web site, this New Testament King James Bible Code matrix, at John 14:23 - Revelation 7:9, was found by searching for REVELATION THIRTEEN (since "" is the name of this web site), my name TCHASE, and also note in this matrix there is: WEB (as in web site), AND WE HAVE SEEN, LOOKING FOR THAT BLESSED HOPE, THE SPIRIT OF THE WORLD, TO SPEAK UNTO THE PEOPLE, THEY TOOK KNOWLEDGE, BE REVEALED, THE TRUTH. I think these words describe what this web site is about. John 8:32: "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free".

The crash followed a speculative boom that had taken hold in the late 1920s. During the latter half of the 1920s, steel production, building construction, retail turnover, automobiles registered, and even railway receipts advanced from record to record. The combined net profits of 536 manufacturing and trading companies showed an increase, in the first six months of 1929, of 36.6% over 1928, itself a record half-year. Iron and steel led the way with doubled gains.[19] Such figures set up a crescendo of stock-exchange speculation that led hundreds of thousands of Americans to invest heavily in the stock market. A significant number of them were borrowing money to buy more stocks. By August 1929, brokers were routinely lending small investors more than two-thirds of the face value of the stocks they were buying. Over $8.5 billion was out on loan,[20] more than the entire amount of currency circulating in the U.S. at the time.[15][21]

As I said, the Antichrist will appear to be a good man, and will appear to be the saviour of mankind. "Satan comes as an angel of light". Osama bin Laden I think is the Angel of the Bottomless pit, or The Destroyer, mentioned in Revelation 9:11, a demon or unclean spirit from the depths of Hell, who creates this world crisis we are seeing now that will result in the rise to power of the Antichrist, who is the Satanic Christ, past Russian President Putin. Putin has been praised around the world for bringing stability and economic prosperity to Russia, which under Yeltsin had been headed for anarchy and economic chaos. And in the future Putin may have a key role in building a space defense against asteroids, since an asteroid could be headed for earth; this was announced in December 2009, that Russia may intercept an asteroid that could hit earth in the future. Another way Putin will come to world power as the Antichrist is by controlling the world's Natural Gas reserves, Russia having the world's largest Natural Gas reserves. It appears that Putin controlling Natural Gas reserves and prices is a key way that he can control the world economy.
Genuis and DK: Ten dollar bills and twenties’s mainly and some hundred dollar bills in a house safe. good idea: pvc pipe with currency stashed under other pipe, like in the shed. make sure there are end caps to keep bugs out. Lots of canned sardines, spam, salmon, beans, chicken, canned veggies, etc. None of this long term crap that is loaded with sodium and fillers. After I’ve taken money out of my account, more is deposited from retirement/brokerage accounts soon after, and I have to repeat the cycle again. Many can relate to this endless cycle.
A 'soft' EMH has emerged which does not require that prices remain at or near equilibrium, but only that market participants not be able to systematically profit from any momentary market 'inefficiencies'. Moreover, while EMH predicts that all price movement (in the absence of change in fundamental information) is random (i.e., non-trending), many studies have shown a marked tendency for the stock market to trend over time periods of weeks or longer. Various explanations for such large and apparently non-random price movements have been promulgated. For instance, some research has shown that changes in estimated risk, and the use of certain strategies, such as stop-loss limits and value at risk limits, theoretically could cause financial markets to overreact. But the best explanation seems to be that the distribution of stock market prices is non-Gaussian[57] (in which case EMH, in any of its current forms, would not be strictly applicable).[58][59]

The smooth functioning of all these activities facilitates economic growth in that lower costs and enterprise risks promote the production of goods and services as well as possibly employment. In this way the financial system is assumed to contribute to increased prosperity, although some controversy exists as to whether the optimal financial system is bank-based or market-based.[51]
In this web site I have tried to show how astrology, new age methods, religion, bible prophecy, the King James Bible Code, and mythology can be used in a combined way, to explain the world today and to predict the future. I try to find a middle way, between Christianity and New Age, because I think that is where the truth is. A middle way, as in Buddhism where a middle way between extremes is emphasized. And as in Hinduism, I have looked to Astrology and the stars for guidance. And the idea of a unifying religion is advocated here, as the Baha'i faith has a goal of unifying mankind; Baha'i is one of the most enlightened of world religions; begun in Iran, its world headquarters is in Haifa, Israel. And as in the Kabbalah, the spiritual and New Age branch of Judaism, I have searched for the hidden meanings in the symbolism of the Bible, and its numerical patterns.
In Thailand, Tesco Lotus was a joint venture of the Charoen Pokphand Group and Tesco, but facing criticism over the growth of hypermarkets CP Group sold its Tesco Lotus shares in 2003. In late 2005 Tesco acquired the 21 remaining Safeway/BP shops after Morrisons dissolved the Safeway/BP partnership.[35] In mid-2006 Tesco purchased an 80% stake in Casino's Leader Price supermarkets in Poland, which were then rebranded as small Tesco shops.[36]
The Warren Buffett Indicator is less mysterious than it sounds. It might as well be called the common-sense indicator. It’s simply the relationship between gross domestic product (GDP)—or the sum total of a country’s economic activity—and the value of stocks in the S&P 500. So, in simpler terms, the Warren Buffett Indicator in terms of Wall Street measures market capitalization versus U.S. GDP. (Source: “Why Warren Buffett Is Betting Against Warren Buffett,” Seeking Alpha, October 24, 2017.)
The equity market actually peaked in late 2007, and appeared to be undergoing a correction in early 2008. However, after a brief recovery in April 2008 failed to reach the all-time highs, the market fell for the following 11 months. By March 2009 the S&P 500 index had fallen more than 55%. Unprecedented action by the Federal Reserve to stimulate the economy and market led to the beginning of the bull market that has continued until today.

So this is the rectified chart I did. In this one you can see Uranus hitting the Saturn in the 9th and Pluto is at 19 degrees. In this one Mars is right on the cusp of the 5th. The 5th rules gambling and we can see Venus/South Node/Sun/Mercury transiting the 7th making a roll over natal Pluto in Aquarius (7th house/legal issues) and most of those planets making an opposition to the natal Uranus in the 1st house. Neptune is also in the 8th starting to oppose the natal Mars and starting an inconjunction to natal Uranus in the 1st – lots of volatility. Transiting Saturn is also in the 5th making a trine to Venus causing constriction in gambling but it seems to suggest that once it moves past the 5th it could settle down. Now I’m going to go back to the alternate chart and see if it makes a big difference for this same period.

Hi Craig. Thanks for your predictions for 2018. As a UK’er now living in Australia I would like more on Australia if possible. I also wanted to comment on the ‘strikes in the UK’ that you said was not good as it is disruptive. Well sometimes disruption is necessary because many people are suffering. Yes I do my best to be kind and send out positive thoughts / feelings and follow a spiritual path, but as we are embodied conscious beings and many people are in dire straits due to the greed of a few – doesn’t some form of action need to be taken? And as wage slaves, withdrawal of labor is the obvious option. People often only strike because they are in dire need and a strike is the only way they can afford to alert the powers-that-be that something MUST change. On a personal level I have withdrawn my support from the “buy, buy, buy” mantra and live as simply as I can within this society, but when the basics such as food and shelter become unaffordable and urgent for individuals more needs to be done by all of us to honor our embodied spirit (our bodies as temples wherein we worship the divine) as well as the natural world in the wider cosmos. As an astrologer I feel the spiritual energy of Uranus, which is disruptive and brings rapid change is equally valid as the peaceful path don’t you think?
Merci

But the Northern Hemisphere could see problems, related to the economy, war, natural disasters, diseases; the Four Horsemen riding in 2017 - 2019. In 1993 there was a Supernova in the Northern Hemisphere Great Bear Constellation, and since Draco the Dragon is a constellation close to it, and the Dragon is Satan in Biblical symbolism, this began a negative influence over the Northern Hemisphere, which will likely continue. So the Northern Hemisphere will likely see problems with earthquakes, volcanoes, diseases, wars, weather changes, economic problems, the rise of the Antichrist in Russia, terrorist attacks. Also, a comet or asteroid could hit the earth possibly in 2018 - 2020. After this, a new Messiah will come, as indicated by this new Star of Bethlehem, the Southern Hemisphere supernova which will then be visible in the sky again. He will likely bring a new source of energy, possibly Cold Fusion. See the 666 day intervals section for more on this timetable, and also there is another brightening star, Eta Carinae, near the Southern Cross. See this page on King James Bible Code matrices which may predict Eta Carinae could explode into a bright (daytime) Southern Hemisphere supernova in 2018-2019, and also on matrices on the 1987 supernova, which is brightening again.
On 1 September 2014, Dave Lewis, previously of Unilever, took over as CEO.[45] In January 2015, Lewis announced plans to close the company's head office in Cheshunt and 43 loss-making shops in the near future, and the cancellation of 49 new large supermarket developments.[46] The shop closures were expected to make 2,000 staff redundant, while a further £250 million of cost-cutting measures were planned.[47]

Then there’s the issue of perceived value. Different groups define the “peak” of a meme by different standards. A meme’s lifespan is the opposite of a startup’s: when a startup goes public, it usually means an influx of money, or the founder cashing out and moving to a private island. When a meme goes public (that is, hits the mainstream), the early adopters declare the meme dead in the water and move on. At the exact time a meme might be the most valuable in terms of popularity — when it is being shared the most — others would argue the meme’s bubble has already burst. “The culture itself is very resistant to legitimacy,” Wink says. “It’s just this general feeling that going big is a death sentence. But in other communities, for example people who only visit Facebook, to them it’s not like, ‘Oh if I see this it’s dead,’ it’s like ‘Oh this is just the beginning and I’m going to be seeing this a lot more often.’”
This brings us to finance. Most investors have no idea what tools fund managers use to choose stocks and bonds. (Tell me the time, don’t build me a clock!) Much of the business of Wall Street is based on methodologies as obscure to the uninitiated as a natal chart. It was only a matter of time until these two industries joined forces. Weingarten’s 1996 book Investing by the Stars traces financial astrology back to the Babylonians. A couple thousand years later, it’s claimed, celebrity astrologer Evangeline Adams advised John Pierpont Morgan.
Rather than trying to time the market, which is incredibly hard to do and often counterproductive, it can be helpful to remember that the attractive long-term returns to the stock market include many market crashes. Depending on your measurement criteria, time-period and exactly what index you look at well-diversified portfolio have averaged returns of around 6%-10% a year over time.
I think the message here is that, near the midpoint between these two locations, is the town of Lordsburg, New Mexico, a name with a Biblical message. One way to consider numbers, in a religious sense, is to convert them to Biblical passage numbers. The midpoint is at 108.85 W, and if you consider Biblical Psalm passage 108:4,5 you have (King James Version): "For thy mercy is great above the heavens, and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds. Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth." So this Bible passage fits a comet, certainly.
Hmmm massive bushfire in September/October 2014. That’s about the beginning of the fire season in most states. A fire that big at that time of year would catch a lot of departments un-prepared, it could be catastrophic..!! Any idea which states this might be in? (ie east coast or West coast). As a firefighter who works in WA and lives in Vic, I’d love to know where I should position myself before next fire season.
The Dow Jones Industrials chart is one of those concerning charts. The area indicated with “0” shows that the index has risen with more than 30% in 12 months, without any meaningful correction. This rally may be amazing, but it is reaching a level never seen before in the last 12 years (including the 2007 rally and major top). All other instances of a 30% rise in 12 months are indicated on this chart (from 1 till 5):
"American business will do fine over time. And stocks will do well just as certainly, since their fate is tied to business performance. Periodic setbacks will occur, yes, but investors and managers are in a game that is heavily stacked in their favor. (The Dow Jones Industrials advanced from 66 to 11,497 in the 20th Century, a staggering 17,320% increase that materialized despite four costly wars, a Great Depression and many recessions. And don't forget that shareholders received substantial dividends throughout the century as well.)"
Set forth below is the text of a comment that I recently posted to the discussion thread for another blog entry at this site: “My fantasyland comes with a Nobel prize. Yours comes with death threats” etc etc. No, those are both your fantasies. That’s really the heart of the problem, isn’t it? Everything you write is fantasy. You used to toss in a bit of reality every once in a while. Back when people actually sent you emails. But those days are long gone. Your post-Wade psychotic break changed everything. The bottom line is that the Buy-and-Hold retirement studies have not been corrected to this day. I pointed out in my famous post from the morning of May 13, 2002, that the Greaney study lacks an adjustment for the valuation level that applies on the day the retirement begins. All of the words that have been spilled over the following 16 years show that I was right. Thousands of people have looked at the Greaney study during that time. Not one has been able to identify a valuation adjustment. A failed retirement is a serious life setback. Greaney should have corrected his study within 24 hours of the moment when he learned of the error he made in it. Now — The backstory is that Greaney’s retirement study would be perfect in a world in which the market was efficient, which is the world that Bogle thought we lived in at the time when he developed the Buy-and-Hold strategy. The idea that the market is efficient was born in 1965, when Fama published research showing that short-time timing doesn’t work. Lots of good and smart people jumped to the conclusion that no form of timing works. Shiller showed in 1981 that this conclusion was a false one. He showed that long-term timing (price discipline) always works and is always required for investors seeking to keep their risk profile roughly constant over time. Shiller has described the intellectual leap from the finding that short-term price changes are unpredictable to the Buy-and-Hold conclusion that the market sets prices properly as “one of the most remarkable errors in the history of economics.” That’s the core dispute. Buy-and-Hold is rooted in error, the error was revealed by the peer-reviewed research in this field 37 years ago, and now that the error has been covered up for 37 years, the Buy-and-Holders are very, very, […]

Ben, you have many lifetimes of dealing with both wealth and poverty so you have reincarnated to use your knowledge gathered over many lifetimes. Essentially you have very fixed patterns around money, rent, mortgage, tax, business, shares, wealth, budget and so on. Even shopping. Taurus and Scorpio are fixed signs so they tend to dislike change, on the financial front, and get rather set in their ways. This will not go on. It actually can’t go on. And you will be liberated as a result. It may all seem very new and different – perhaps even rather dramatic – but by the time you get to 2019 you will see how ‘chained’ you were by some rather stuck attitudes towards money, property, taxation, business and the rest. You’re being offered a way to have a lot more space and room to move in your life, if you can just budge your position on your budget. It’s the ‘budge that budget’ cycle and it’s a smart idea to just go with it. Try not to hang on or look nostalgically back at 2017, 2016, 2015 when it comes. The future is rushing towards you.
Of course, that's an average and the market's return is seldom steady and predictable. Yet, it's important to remember that these attractive returns include many periods when the markets have lost a quarter or half their value, or worse. As a result, even if you know a crash is coming at some point, which it very likely is at some point in the coming years, then it's not a reason to avoid stocks. Provided you can stick with it you'll likely see decent returns from diversified global stocks even including the catastrophic crashes that scare you.
A civil war over the election results? I can certainly see it. The endless efforts by certain governors and state legislators to manipulate voting laws and procedures for partisan advantage are part of the problem. The nation is more polarized than ever before into factions who have very dissimilar beliefs regarding what the actual facts are. The echo chambers of talk radio and cable television have much to do with why Americans are so severely divided. Political leaders including President Obama too often exploit situations instead of doing what’s right for America.
Right now, Republicans have control of the legislative branch of the U.S. government, albeit by a slim margin in the Senate. Having a majority of seats in both houses of Congress, and a Republican President in Donald Trump, increases the probability of legislation being passed. Not to mention, the GOP is often viewed as a party that’s friendlier to businesses. This Republican majority is responsible for passing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in December 2017, which slashed the peak marginal corporate income tax rate to 21% from 35%.
